I want to prepare a fasting period of 5 days. So I prepare my body by eating less and drinking a lot.

Today I haven’t already eaten. I drank a lot … Coffee helps to calm down. It is almost 3 in the afternoon and my stomach is growling.
At lunchtime it was really hard to resist.
5pm hard time to resist. When I’ll get home, I’ll immediately do my 45 min workout session.
45 minutes kickboxing with 2kg dumbbells. I haven’t eaten the whole day. I love this workout. Full energy.
Diner after workout. I am not really hungry. But tonight I want to eat normally, respecting my goals : step by step until full fastening.
