Ingredients for 4 servings :
Prepare the gnocchi as instructed on the package.
Meanwhile you cut the onions and zucchini into slices. Fry altogether in hot olive oil.
Put a bit of olive oil in an oven supporting plate.
Add the tomato sauce.
Add the gnocchi.
Add the veggies.
Top it with grated cheese
Put into the oven for 10 minutes at 220°C
Serve with fresh salad.
