I made a French recipe called Boeuf Bourguignon. You need about 500g of nice beef meat without fat streaks, 4 carrots, 1 big onion, oregano and 75cl of Burgundy red wine.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Add the beef cut into cubes and the Burgundy wine. You let this cook for 1h30 on a small fire, turning with a wooden spoon from time to time.
You can serve with noodles, spaghetti, rice, potatoes ….
Goatee cheese in puffy dough served with veggies.
For dessert homemade chocolate cake with cottage cheese.

Easy to prepare, quick to eat and totally vegetarian. Prepare the fresh tomatoes and cucumber, prepare your pasta in boiling water. Fry the veggie steak in a pan. When your pasta is ready, mix it with a pesto sauce and cheese. Dress your plates and eat.
For dessert, you can add fresh fruit of the season.
